Maintain relationships with customers, report issues promptly, and stay current on freight trends

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Required to cover phones on the weekend once a month

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed Freight Dispatcher School with certification required

Minimum 3 years of transportation experience preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and bring in new accounts

HOURS & COMPENSATION:

Full-time position, Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Base salary plus commission

Required to cover phones on the weekend once a month
