Truck Driver Nation is looking for motivated and self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to join our growing remote team. If you have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping drivers find the right opportunities, this role is for you.

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL-A truck drivers across various platforms
• Build relationships with potential candidates and walk them through the hiring process
• Coordinate with carriers and dispatch to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Track and manage leads using our internal system
• Maintain compliance with all FMCSA hiring regulations
   

• Earn 70% of the gross per driver hired — paid weekly
• 100% remote position with flexible hours

• Prior experience in truck driver recruiting or logistics strongly preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and the trucking industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
