Non-Compete Clause: If the Student selects Option 1 (Independent Business) or Option 5 (Independent with Truck Driver Nation), the Student agrees not to engage in direct competition with Truck Driver Nation’s network of carriers and owner-operators, including providing dispatch services to any carrier within the Truck Driver Nation database.
  6. Termination of Agreement: If the Student does not fulfill their career path choice or fails to adhere to the terms of this agreement, Truck Driver Nation reserves the right to terminate access to the provided resources and mentorship.
  7. Career Path Modifications: If the Student wishes to modify their career path after enrollment, Truck Driver Nation will work with the Student to adjust their      career plan. Changes may require additional fees or course materials and      will be subject to approval.
  8. Certification and Job Placement: Completion of the course and successful selection of a career path does not guarantee job placement. Job placement assistance will be provided according to availability and the Student’s chosen career path.

Mentorship and Ongoing Career Support

For Students Selecting Options Where TDN Receives 2% Commission

  • Ongoing Mentorship: If the student selects a career path in which TDN receives a 2% commission (such as Option 1: Independent Freight Dispatcher with Your Own Business, Option 2: Freelance with Smaller Fleets, or Option 5: Independent with Truck Driver Nation), they will receive ongoing      mentorship and career support for as long as the business relationship      between the student and TDN remains active.
    • This support  will include regular check-ins, business strategy consultations, and access to TDN's network of resources.
    • Mentorship will continue as long as the student is actively generating revenue through the dispatching services provided, and TDN is receiving its 2%  commission from weekly gross revenue.
    • The frequency  of check-ins will be monthly, but the student may request       additional support as needed.

For Students Selecting Options Where TDN Does NOT Receive 2% Commission

  • 90-Day Mentorship: For students who choose a career path where TDN does not receive a 2% commission (such as Option 3: Freelance with Large Fleets or Option 4: Employee for a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Company), the      student will receive 90 days of mentorship and career support     starting from the date of course completion.
    • The 90-day period includes access to one-on-one consultations, job       placement assistance, and career advice as the student  transitions into their chosen role.
    • After the  initial 90 days, mentorship will conclude unless the student enters a  business relationship where TDN is entitled to a commission (i.e., they       transition into one of the options where TDN receives 2%).

General Terms for Mentorship & Career Support

  • During the mentorship period, students will have access to:
    • Business consultations: Advice on business operations, marketing       strategies, and client acquisition.
    • Industry guidance: Assistance with overcoming industry-specific       challenges and improving efficiency as a dispatcher.
    • Job placement assistance: Referrals and advice for those pursuing employment through Option 3 or Option 4, even after the 90-day period ends.
    • Networking opportunities: Access to exclusive events, webinars, and a network of industry professionals.

Extension of Mentorship Support:

  • After the conclusion of the 90-day period (for those not paying a 2% commission), continued access to mentorship or career support may be available for an additional fee, or the student may be required to re-enter a business relationship where TDN is earning a commission.

Mentorship & Career Support Agreement

By signing this agreement, the student acknowledges that mentorship and career support will be provided in accordance with their chosen career path and the commission structure:

  • For students choosing options where TDN receives 2% commission, mentorship will continue for as long as the student is actively generating revenue through      dispatching services, and TDN is receiving the agreed-upon 2% commission.
  • For students choosing options where TDN does not receive 2% commission,      mentorship will be provided for a period of 90 dayspost-graduation, after which continued mentorship may be available for an additional fee.

The student agrees to adhere to these terms and understands the scope and limitations of mentorship and career support.

Payment Terms for $2,000 Fee

If the Student selects Option 3 (Freelance with Large Fleets) or Option 4 (Employee for a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Company), the Student agrees to pay an additional $2,000 fee. This fee is due after the successful completion of the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course and is subject to the following terms:

Payment Due Date:
The full $2,000 fee is due within 30 days of course completion. The      Student will be notified in writing when the fee is due, and payment must be made within this 30-day window.

Payment Options:

  • Full Payment: The Student  can choose to pay the full $2,000 amount in a one-time payment at the  time of notification.
  • Installment  Payment Plan: If the Student prefers to pay in installments, the  fee can be paid in up to 3 equal monthly installments of $666.67 each.       The first installment will be due 30 days after course completion,  with the remaining installments due on the same day of each subsequent       month. A payment schedule will be provided at the time of enrollment  in this payment option.

Late Payment:

  • If the Student  does not make the full payment or the first installment within 30 days of  course completion, a late fee of $100 will be added to the       outstanding balance for each 30-day period that payment is delayed.
  • Failure to pay  the fee after 90 days from the course completion date may result  in termination of access to any post-course resources or career       support until the outstanding balance is paid.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through the following methods:

  • Credit or  Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment Portal (details will be provided upon enrollment)
  • Checks (if  approved by TDN)

Failure to Pay the $2,000 Fee:
If the Student fails to pay the $2,000 fee within 90 days, they may be restricted from accessing TDN's ongoing mentorship, career support, and job placement services. Additionally, any access to exclusive TDN resources may be suspended until the fee is paid in full.

No Refunds:
The $2,000 fee is non-refundable once paid. If the Student chooses to opt for the payment plan, the full amount must be paid as agreed, regardless of whether the Student decides to continue with the chosen career path.

Clarification of Terms:

  • Installment Option: The installment plan provides flexibility for students who prefer to pay the fee over time, but they must commit to paying the balance in      full within 3 months.
  • Late Payment: The section on late fees ensures that there is an incentive for timely payment while still offering students some grace period before any actions are taken to suspend their access to services.
  • Payment Methods: Offering a range of payment methods (e.g., credit cards, bank transfers, etc.) makes the payment process as convenient as possible for students.
  • No Refund Policy: Including this provision ensures that once the student opts for the payment plan or makes a full payment, there is no ambiguity around refunds.

By signing this agreement, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the following payment terms for the $2,000 fee as outlined above. The Student agrees to make the payment either in full or according to the installment plan and understands the consequences of late or non-payment.

Before moving forward with the program, participants are required to complete all necessary agreements. These agreements clarify the specific services you are selecting and determine the level of access you will have to our resources. You will have two options when enrolling in the program:

Non-Networking Option:

  • If you choose not to network with Truck Driver Nation, you will only receive training to become a dispatcher. You will not gain access to our business databases, networking opportunities, or additional resources.
  • In this case, your access will be limited to the educational tools and resources needed to learn dispatching.

Networking with Truck Driver Nation:

  • If you choose to network with Truck Driver Nation, you will receive access to our full business databases, tools, and resources for networking with industry professionals.
  • This option opens up additional business opportunities and allows you to engage more deeply within the Truck Driver Nation community. Access to these resources is provided only after you have completed the necessary agreements.

Agreement Completion: The Key to Accessing Resources

No access to program files, business databases, or certifications will be granted until the agreements are fully completed. These agreements are essential in ensuring that we deliver the services you have selected. They also outline your responsibilities and expectations while participating in the program.

  • Agreement Completion Requirement: All students must carefully review and sign the agreements before proceeding with the program. These agreements detail the services provided by Truck Driver Nation, and whether or not you choose to network with us.
  • Transparency: We emphasize transparency, and all agreements, along with detailed video explanations, are publicly available for review. This guarantees that you fully understand what you are agreeing to before signing.

Certification Policy

No certifications will be released until the agreements are completed. The completion of these agreements is necessary to ensure that we have provided the correct service, and once the terms are finalized, you will be eligible to receive your certification after successful program completion.

How to Submit Your Signed Agreements

To streamline the process, you can use CamScanner or a similar scanning app to return your signed agreements. Here's how:

  1. Download CamScanner: You can download CamScanner for free from your mobile device's app store (available on both Android and iOS).
  2. Sign the Agreements: Carefully review and sign all required agreements. If needed, you can print them out, sign them, and then scan the signed documents.
  3. Scan and Submit: Use CamScanner to scan the signed agreements into a clear, legible digital format (PDF). Once scanned, email the documents to us at support@truckdrivernation.com for verification.

By using CamScanner, you ensure that your agreements are sent quickly and clearly, helping to expedite your access to program resources.

Why This Policy Exists

This policy is designed to:

  • Ensure Proper Service Delivery: It allows us to confirm that you are receiving the exact service you’ve chosen, whether it’s training to become a dispatcher or networking with our community.
  • Maintain Compliance: The agreements ensure we are operating within the legal framework, protecting both you and Truck Driver Nation.
  • Provide Full Transparency: We want to ensure you fully understand your options and commitments, which is why all agreements and video explanations are publicly available.
