STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between Truck Driver Nation, LLC ("Provider") and ___________________________________ ("Student")

Course Type: Self-Paced Online Course
1. Overview of Course Structure
By enrolling in the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Training Program, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding the course structure and support services:
Self-Paced Learning:
The course is self-paced, allowing the Student to progress through the materials at their own speed. There are no scheduled classes or fixed class times. The Student is responsible for managing their own learning schedule and completion timeline.
No Scheduled Class Times:
This is a self-paced, online freight dispatcher training program with no set class or lecture times. All course materials, including videos, readings, and assignments, are available to the Student for access at any time, based on their own schedule.
2. Support and Assistance
Office Staff Support:
If the Student requires assistance or encounters challenges with the course content, they must contact Truck Driver Nation’s office staff to schedule a support call. This call will be scheduled with the instructor or a staff member to help the Student understand the material, address questions, and assist with any challenges they may face in the course.

3. Responsibilities of the Student
Active Engagement:
The Student is responsible for progressing through the course content at their own pace. It is essential that they remain engaged with the materials and work through the modules regularly. The Student understands that they must be proactive in managing their learning progress.
Requesting Help:
If the Student encounters difficulties or is unsure of the material, they agree to reach out to office staff for assistance in a timely manner. Waiting too long to seek help may delay their progress, but it will not affect their ability to complete the program.
Completion Schedule:
The Student has access to the course for a maximum of 3 months from the date of enrollment. Although the pace is self-determined, students typically complete the course within 8 weeks. The Student is encouraged to complete the course within the 3-month period to ensure timely progression and certification.
4. Course Completion and Certification
Certificate of Completion:
Upon successfully completing all course modules, assignments, and assessments, the Student will receive a Certificate of Completion from Truck Driver Nation, LLC, validating their skills and preparing them for employment opportunities in the logistics and dispatching industry.
5. Termination of Enrollment
Withdrawal:
If the Student chooses to withdraw from the course, they must notify Truck Driver Nation, LLC in writing. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals once the program has begun, as the course is delivered in a self-paced format.
Failure to Engage:
If the Student fails to actively engage with the course or does not seek the necessary support from office staff to complete the course, they may risk not completing the program within the maximum allowed timeframe. However, the Student will still have access to the materials.
6. Agreement Acceptance
By signing this Agreement, the Student acknowledges that they fully understand the self-paced nature of the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Training Program, their responsibility to manage their own schedule, and the importance of contacting office staff for support when needed. The Student agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.

At Truck Driver Nation, we are dedicated to cultivating highly skilled and committed freight dispatchers who meet the excellence standards required by owner-operators. To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our Freight Dispatcher Training program and to focus our resources on engaged students, the following terms regarding course enrollment and completion are strictly enforced. These terms are transparently communicated during our informational webinars and are core clauses within all Truck Driver Nation enrollment contracts.
1. Mandatory Course Completion Period: 90 Days
All students enrolled in the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatch Program are allocated ninety (90) calendar days from their official enrollment date to complete all required course modules and meet all program prerequisites. This timeframe is designed to encourage diligent study and timely progression through the curriculum.
2. Consequences of Non-Completion
Failure to complete the entire Freight Dispatch Program within the stipulated ninety (90) calendar days, regardless of payment status (including partial payments, full payments, or VIP enrollment), will lead to the immediate and irreversible termination of access to all course materials, the learning platform, and associated resources.
This policy underscores our commitment to supporting students who are genuinely focused on their professional development. Continuing access for students who do not complete the program within the designated period strains our resources and contradicts our commitment to assisting individuals actively pursuing a career as a freight dispatcher. Truck Driver Nation reserves the right to withdraw its representation from any individual who fails to demonstrate the necessary dedication to complete our program as stipulated.
3. Continued Access Upon Timely Completion
Students who successfully finish the Freight Dispatcher Training program within the ninety (90) calendar days will enjoy ongoing access to the course platform, which includes essential contracts, templates, and supplementary materials. This continued access equips our graduates with the vital tools needed for their success in dispatching owner-operators.
4. Legally Binding Agreement
Enrollment in the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatch Program constitutes unconditional acknowledgment and agreement to all terms outlined in this Course Completion Policy.
