Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Career Path Agreement
This Career Path Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of course enrollment by and between [__________________________] (“Student”) and Truck Driver Nation (“TDN”). By signing this Agreement, the Student acknowledges that they have completed or will complete the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course and are choosing a career path for post-course employment or business development, as outlined below.
Career Path Selection
The Student has reviewed and selected one of the following career path options upon successful completion of the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course. Please indicate your choice by checking the appropriate box and signing below:
☐ Option 1: Work as an Independent Freight Dispatcher with Your Own Business (TDN Receives 2% of Gross Revenue)
- Description: Start your own dispatching business, offering independent freight dispatch services to owner-operators, small fleets, and carriers.
- Earnings Potential: Flat fee per truck or 5-15% of the gross revenue from each load dispatched, with TDN's Commission of Only 2%.

- Description: Work as an Independent Freight Dispatcher with Truck Driver Nation, managing your own clients while leveraging the brand, tools, and support of Truck Driver Nation.
- Earnings Potential: Everything Goes to you as the Independent Dispatcher. TDN on has a 2% Commission on Weekly Gross Revenue.

Terms and Conditions
- Commitment to the Chosen Path: By selecting one of the career path options above, the Student agrees to pursue that path upon successful completion of the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course.
- Fees and Additional Costs: If the Student selects Option 3 (Freelance with Large Fleets) or Option 4 (Employee), a $2,000 additional fee applies, payable after the completion of the course.
- Earnings and Revenue Share: The Student understands and agrees to the earnings structure, which may include a flat fee per truck or a percentage of gross revenue from each load dispatched. Truck Driver Nation will receive a percentage as outlined in the respective career option (typically 2%).
- Access to Resources and Mentorship: The Student will receive the resources, tools, and mentorship outlined in the selected career path. This includes access to dispatching software, templates, marketing tools, and networking opportunities as specified.
- Non-Compete Clause: If the Student selects Option 1 (Independent Business) or Option 5 (Independent with Truck Driver Nation), the Student agrees not to engage in direct competition with Truck Driver Nation’s network of carriers and owner-operators, including providing dispatch services to any carrier within the Truck Driver Nation database.
- Termination of Agreement: If the Student does not fulfill their career path choice or fails to adhere to the terms of this agreement, Truck Driver Nation reserves the right to terminate access to the provided resources and mentorship.
- Career Path Modifications: If the Student wishes to modify their career path after enrollment, Truck Driver Nation will work with the Student to adjust their career plan. Changes may require additional fees or course materials and will be subject to approval.
- Certification and Job Placement: Completion of the course and successful selection of a career path does not guarantee job placement. Job placement assistance will be provided according to availability and the Student’s chosen career path.
Mentorship and Ongoing Career Support
For Students Selecting Options Where TDN Receives 2% Commission
- Ongoing Mentorship: If the student selects a career path in which TDN receives a 2% commission (such as Option 1: Independent Freight Dispatcher with Your Own Business, Option 2: Freelance with Smaller Fleets, or Option 5: Independent with Truck Driver Nation), they will receive ongoing mentorship and career support for as long as the business relationship between the student and TDN remains active.
- This support will include regular check-ins, business strategy consultations, and access to TDN's network of resources.
- Mentorship will continue as long as the student is actively generating revenue through the dispatching services provided, and TDN is receiving its 2% commission from weekly gross revenue.
- The frequency of check-ins will be monthly, but the student may request additional support as needed.
For Students Selecting Options Where TDN Does NOT Receive 2% Commission
- 90-Day Mentorship: For students who choose a career path where TDN does not receive a 2% commission (such as Option 3: Freelance with Large Fleets or Option 4: Employee for a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Company), the student will receive 90 days of mentorship and career support starting from the date of course completion.
- The 90-day period includes access to one-on-one consultations, job placement assistance, and career advice as the student transitions into their chosen role.
- After the initial 90 days, mentorship will conclude unless the student enters a business relationship where TDN is entitled to a commission (i.e., they transition into one of the options where TDN receives 2%).
General Terms for Mentorship & Career Support
- During the mentorship period, students will have access to:
- Business consultations: Advice on business operations, marketing strategies, and client acquisition.
- Industry guidance: Assistance with overcoming industry-specific challenges and improving efficiency as a dispatcher.
- Job placement assistance: Referrals and advice for those pursuing employment through Option 3 or Option 4, even after the 90-day period ends.
- Networking opportunities: Access to exclusive events, webinars, and a network of industry professionals.
Extension of Mentorship Support:
- After the conclusion of the 90-day period (for those not paying a 2% commission), continued access to mentorship or career support may be available for an additional fee, or the student may be required to re-enter a business relationship where TDN is earning a commission.
Mentorship & Career Support Agreement
By signing this agreement, the student acknowledges that mentorship and career support will be provided in accordance with their chosen career path and the commission structure:
- For students choosing options where TDN receives 2% commission, mentorship will continue for as long as the student is actively generating revenue through dispatching services, and TDN is receiving the agreed-upon 2% commission.
- For students choosing options where TDN does not receive 2% commission, mentorship will be provided for a period of 90 dayspost-graduation, after which continued mentorship may be available for an additional fee.
The student agrees to adhere to these terms and understands the scope and limitations of mentorship and career support.
Payment Terms for $2,000 Fee
If the Student selects Option 3 (Freelance with Large Fleets) or Option 4 (Employee for a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Company), the Student agrees to pay an additional $2,000 fee. This fee is due after the successful completion of the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course and is subject to the following terms:
Payment Due Date:
The full $2,000 fee is due within 30 days of course completion. The Student will be notified in writing when the fee is due, and payment must be made within this 30-day window.
Payment Options:
- Full Payment: The Student can choose to pay the full $2,000 amount in a one-time payment at the time of notification.
- Installment Payment Plan: If the Student prefers to pay in installments, the fee can be paid in up to 3 equal monthly installments of $666.67 each. The first installment will be due 30 days after course completion, with the remaining installments due on the same day of each subsequent month. A payment schedule will be provided at the time of enrollment in this payment option.
Late Payment:
- If the Student does not make the full payment or the first installment within 30 days of course completion, a late fee of $100 will be added to the outstanding balance for each 30-day period that payment is delayed.
- Failure to pay the fee after 90 days from the course completion date may result in termination of access to any post-course resources or career support until the outstanding balance is paid.

Payments can be made through the following methods:
- Credit or Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment Portal (details will be provided upon enrollment)
- Checks (if approved by TDN)
Failure to Pay the $2,000 Fee:
If the Student fails to pay the $2,000 fee within 90 days, they may be restricted from accessing TDN's ongoing mentorship, career support, and job placement services. Additionally, any access to exclusive TDN resources may be suspended until the fee is paid in full.
No Refunds:
The $2,000 fee is non-refundable once paid. If the Student chooses to opt for the payment plan, the full amount must be paid as agreed, regardless of whether the Student decides to continue with the chosen career path.
Clarification of Terms:
- Installment Option: The installment plan provides flexibility for students who prefer to pay the fee over time, but they must commit to paying the balance in full within 3 months.
- Late Payment: The section on late fees ensures that there is an incentive for timely payment while still offering students some grace period before any actions are taken to suspend their access to services.
- Payment Methods: Offering a range of payment methods (e.g., credit cards, bank transfers, etc.) makes the payment process as convenient as possible for students.
- No Refund Policy: Including this provision ensures that once the student opts for the payment plan or makes a full payment, there is no ambiguity around refunds.
By signing this agreement, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the following payment terms for the $2,000 fee as outlined above. The Student agrees to make the payment either in full or according to the installment plan and understands the consequences of late or non-payment.
Option 3: Freelance Freight Dispatcher with Large Fleets (Over 5 Trucks)
TDN Does Not Receive 2%, but $2,000 Additional Fee Applies
Description:
As a freelance dispatcher for large trucking companies (over 5 trucks), you will work directly with established carriers, coordinating freight dispatching for larger fleets. This option provides you with opportunities to work as an independent contractor or with established logistics companies managing multiple trucks, enabling you to gain valuable experience in fleet management.
Earnings Potential:
You will typically be paid on an hourly wage or salary, with additional performance-based bonuses or incentives. Your compensation will depend on the size of the fleet and the specific agreement you establish with the carrier or logistics company.
What’s Included:
- Access to Larger Fleets: Direct access to opportunities with companies managing fleets of more than 5 trucks.
- Dispatcher Tools for Fleet Management: Industry-standard software and tools specifically tailored for large fleet management, helping you streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Ongoing Career Support: Continued support after course completion to ensure you are on track with your new career. This includes regular check-ins to discuss challenges and strategies for career advancement.
- Tools Provided by the Carrier: Additional tools and resources provided by the employer, such as access to dispatching platforms, job boards, and job-specific systems.
- Job Placement Assistance: Dedicated assistance from Truck Driver Nation’s job placement team to help match you with appropriate carriers or logistics companies.
- Employee Benefits: If employed by a carrier, you will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plans.
- Mentorship & Career Development: Access to ongoing mentorship, including career development coaching, advice on growing within your role, and strategies for advancing in the logistics and dispatching industry.
Additional Fee of $2,000:
The $2,000 fee covers the following additional benefits and services:
- Job Placement Assistance: TDN will provide tailored job placement assistance, matching you with opportunities at large fleet carriers that align with your skill set and career goals.
- Exclusive Networking Opportunities: Access to exclusive job fairs, networking events, and industry seminars where you can connect with key players in the logistics and freight industries.
- Advanced Dispatcher Tools & Training: Training on advanced dispatching tools that are used specifically in large fleet environments, ensuring you have the skills needed to work with larger carriers.
- Ongoing Career Support for 6 Months: After graduation, TDN will provide up to 6 months of career support to help you transition into your new role. This includes access to mentor sessions, career coaching, and troubleshooting for any job-related challenges.
- Custom Resume Building and Interview Preparation: Personalized resume building services and mock interview sessions to ensure you present yourself effectively to potential employers or clients.
- Marketing & Client Acquisition Assistance: While you are freelancing, TDN will help you build your personal brand, assisting with marketing strategies to attract larger carriers and clients.
Option 4: Employee for a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Company
TDN Does Not Receive 2%, but $2,000 Additional Fee Applies
Description:
In this option, you will work directly as an employee for a freight dispatcher or logistics company, managing freight for small to medium-sized fleets. This provides a more traditional employment model, where you will receive a salary or hourly wage along with employee benefits.
Earnings Potential:
Compensation typically includes an hourly wage or salary, with performance-based bonuses or incentives, depending on the employer's structure. The exact amount will vary based on the company and the size of the fleet you are working with.
What’s Included:
- Access to Larger Fleets: Opportunities to work with fleets that have 5 or more trucks, giving you exposure to larger, more complex logistics operations.
- Dispatcher Tools for Fleet Management: Access to state-of-the-art fleet management tools used by large trucking and logistics companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Ongoing Career Support: Continuous support to help you adjust to your new role and succeed within your organization. This includes guidance on navigating company culture, performance expectations, and professional growth.
- Tools Provided by the Employer: All necessary tools, software, and resources provided by the logistics company or freight dispatcher to perform your duties.
- Job Placement Assistance: Personalized assistance to help you secure a position with a logistics company that suits your skills and career objectives.
- Employee Benefits: If employed by a logistics company, you will be eligible for employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
- Mentorship & Career Development: Ongoing mentorship and professional development coaching to help you grow in your career as a dispatcher and advance in the logistics industry.
Additional Fee of $2,000:
The $2,000 fee for Option 4 is used to provide the following value-added services:
- Dedicated Job Placement Assistance: Tailored job placement assistance, ensuring you are matched with the right logistics companies or freight dispatchers based on your skill set, work preferences, and career goals.
- Exclusive Access to Job Opportunities: Special access to job openings and career opportunities with reputable freight dispatching and logistics companies.
- Advanced Dispatcher Training & Certification: Additional training that focuses on advanced techniques and industry best practices for managing larger fleets, including training on carrier-specific software and fleet management tools.
- Ongoing Career Support for 6 Months: Post-course career support for up to 6 months, which includes coaching, job search assistance, and career advancement consultations.
- Resume Building & Interview Prep: Assistance with tailoring your resume for dispatching roles and preparing for interviews with logistics companies.
- Marketing Support for Freelancers: If you later transition into freelancing, TDN will provide support with client acquisition, branding, and marketing strategies.
Rationale for the $2,000 Fee:
The additional $2,000 fee is an investment in your future career. It covers the specialized resources, advanced training, direct job placement services, and extended mentorship you will receive. This ensures that you are not only qualified but also well-positioned to secure and thrive in your chosen career path, whether as a freelance dispatcher for large fleets or as an employee within a logistics company. The fee enables Truck Driver Nation to provide the necessary tools, training, and ongoing support to ensure you succeed long-term.
Job Placement Assistance
Truck Driver Nation offers job placement assistance to students who successfully complete the Freight Dispatcher Course. Job placement assistance is provided through our network of trucking companies, logistics providers, and clients. While we make no guarantees of employment, we are committed to supporting your career journey by offering the following services:
- Resume Building: We provide personalized resume-building assistance to ensure your experience, skills, and training are highlighted effectively for potential employers or clients.
- Interview Preparation: Our team offers mock interviews and coaching to help you feel confident and prepared for interviews with prospective employers or clients.
- Job Referrals: We actively refer students to positions that align with their skills, career goals, and selected career paths. This includes access to job opportunities within our extensive network of trucking companies and logistics firms.
- Career Path Guidance: Whether you're pursuing an independent dispatcher business, freelancing with small or large fleets, or seeking a full-time employee position, we provide ongoing guidance to help you navigate your chosen career path.
- Ongoing Support: For those who select Option 3 (Freelance with Large Fleets) or Option 4 (Employee for a Logistics Company), we offer up to 6 months of career support, including continued access to job placement resources, career coaching, and mentorship.

Job placement success depends on various factors, including market conditions, individual performance, and the availability of suitable positions. Our goal is to equip you with the skills, tools, and connections necessary to secure a rewarding position in the freight dispatching industry.
Job Placement Assistance in Career Path Options:
Option 1: Independent Freight Dispatcher Business
Job placement is not applicable for this option, as you will be establishing your own business. However, TDN will assist with marketing support, client acquisition tools, and access to a network of owner-operators to help you grow your independent business.
Option 2: Freelance Dispatcher with Small Fleets (Under 5 Trucks)
Job placement assistance is provided through referrals to small carriers and owner-operators who are seeking freelance dispatchers. TDN will guide you through the process of reaching out to these companies and setting up your freelance business.
Option 3: Freelance Dispatcher with Large Fleets (Over 5 Trucks)
TDN will assist with job placement through our network of larger carriers seeking dispatchers for their fleets. This includes interview preparation, resume building, and placement referrals. Note: While we assist in job placement, placement is not guaranteed.
Option 4: Employee for a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Company
For students pursuing a position as an employee in a logistics company or freight dispatcher role, TDN provides job placement assistance through our partnerships with various logistics companies. We will support you with job referrals, interview coaching, and resume preparation. Please note: Job placement is not guaranteed, but we work to connect you with potential employers.
Option 5: Independent Freight Dispatcher with Truck Driver Nation
Job placement assistance is not applicable for this option, as you will be working independently under the Truck Driver Nation network. However, TDN will assist with client referrals, marketing support, and ongoing mentorship to help grow your business.

Success depends on various factors such as individual performance, the state of the industry, market conditions, and the student's proactive efforts in applying for positions or securing clients.
Option 5: Independent Freight Dispatcher with Truck Driver Nation
- Description: In this option, you will operate as an independent freight dispatcher but will benefit from Truck Driver Nation’s resources, tools, and brand recognition. You will be responsible for managing your own clients, while leveraging the support, mentorship, and market presence provided by Truck Driver Nation to grow your business.
- Earnings Potential: You will retain 100% of the revenue you generate from dispatching services, with Truck Driver Nation receiving a 2% commission on your weekly gross revenue. Earnings are typically based on a flat fee per truck or a percentage of the gross revenue per load dispatched.
- Key Advantages:
- Leverage the TDN Brand: As part of Truck Driver Nation, you can market yourself as a part of an established and trusted name in the industry, which can give you a competitive edge when seeking clients.
- Client Referrals: You may receive direct client referrals from TDN, which can help you secure clients more quickly than if you were starting from scratch with your own independent business.
- Tools and Resources: You will have access to the same high-quality tools and resources used by Truck Driver Nation’s internal team and clients, which can accelerate the growth of your dispatching businesWhat’s Included:
- Access to Truck Driver Nation’s Network: You will have the ability to connect with owner-operators, small fleets, and other carriers within the TDN network, which can increase your chances of securing clients.
- Brand Recognition: Use the trusted Truck Driver Nation name and resources in your marketing materials, giving your business immediate credibility in the marketplace.
- Marketing & Client Acquisition Tools: Access to TDN’s proven marketing tools and templates that help you attract and acquire clients more effectively.
- Direct ClientReferrals from TDN: Depending on availability, TDN may provide direct client referrals from within our network of owner-operators and small fleets. This is a key advantage over Option 1, as it helps jumpstart your business by connecting you with potential clients right away.
- Dispatching Software & Tools: Access to cutting-edge dispatching software, tools for load management, and resources that make your work more efficient.
- Exclusive Dispatcher Services Templates: Professional templates and documents tailored to the freight dispatch industry to support your operations.
- One-on-One Mentorship: Personalized mentorship to guide you through the process of setting up and growing your independent dispatching business.
- Access to the Truck Driver Nation Network: Utilize the TDN network to build relationships with carriers and other professionals in the trucking industry.
Key Differences Between Option 1 and Option 5:
Brand Recognition:
- Option 1: You are starting your own independent business with no affiliation to Truck Driver Nation.
- Option 5: You will be able to leverage the Truck Driver Nation brand, which may give you more credibility in the marketplace when marketing your services.
Client Referrals:
- Option 1: No direct client referrals are provided by TDN; you must seek and secure clients independently.
- Option 5: TDN may provide direct client referrals, connecting you with potential clients within our network to help grow your business.
Access to TDN Network:
- Option 1: You will need to build your own network of contacts and clients.
- Option 5: You will have access to the Truck Driver Nation Network, which includes a community of owner-operators and small fleets actively seeking dispatch services.
Marketing Tools and Support:
- Option 1: You are responsible for creating your own marketing materials and client acquisition strategy.
- Option 5: You will receive professional marketing tools, templates, and client acquisition support to help you attract clients more effectively.
By offering Option 5, Truck Driver Nation helps give you a head start in building your independent freight dispatcher business with additional support, including brand recognition, direct client referrals, and marketing tools. This option is ideal for students who want to operate independently but benefit from the established presence and resources of Truck Driver Nation.

Option 4: Employee for a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Company (TDN Does Not Receive 2%, Additional $2,000 Fee Applies)
- Earnings Potential: Hourly wage or salary, with performance-based bonuses or incentives.
Payment Terms – Additional $2,000 Fee for Non-Participation or Revenue Generation
1. Condition for Additional Fee:
- If the Student has not completed the course certification or if the course is not completed by the 90-day anniversary from the date of the initial $500 payment, the Student will be immediately invoiced for an additional $2,000. The previous payment and course participation terms will be voided due to non-compliance.
- If the Student has not generated revenue that produces a 2% commission fee to TDN (Truck Drivers Nation) within 30 days from the course completion date, the Student will be required to pay the additional $2,000 fee.
2. Invoicing for Additional Fee:
- The Student will be invoiced for the additional $2,000 fee if the revenue generation requirement is not met within 30 days from the course completion date.
- The invoice will be issued within 30 days after the course completion date.
3. Payment Due Date for Additional Fee:
- Payment for the additional $2,000 fee will be immediately due from the date the invoice is issued.
4. Non-Payment of Additional Fee:
- If the Student fails to pay the additional $2,000 fee immediately upon the invoice due date, the following will apply:
- Access to post-course resources, career support, or job placement services will be suspended until the balance is paid.
- Legal action may be taken for debt recovery, including any costs incurred by TDN for such action.
- A $200 per month late fee will be added for each month the payment remains overdue, including the 30-day period after the initial 90-day grace period.
5. Certification Completion and Revenue Generation:
- If the Student completes any certification before the end of the initial 90-day window, they will enter the 30-day window to generate a 2% commission for TDN.
- If no revenue is generated within the 30-day period, the Student will be invoiced for the additional $2,000 fee, and the terms of the original agreement will be voided.
6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance:
- By signing below, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the amended payment terms and understands that the new fee structure applies if they fail to comply with the course requirements or revenue generation goals. This Amendment becomes a binding part of the original agreement.
Fees and Additional Costs Section Edits:
- Additional $2,000 Fee:
The $2,000 additional fee applies only to Option 3 (Freelance with Large Fleets) and Option 4 (Employee). This fee is due within 30 days of course completion. Failure to pay this fee within the specified timeframe may result in the loss of access to job placement assistance, additional career support, and any related resources.
Non-Compete Clause:

The Student agrees not to engage in any direct competition with Truck Driver Nation’s dispatching services network for a period of [12] months following the completion of the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course. This provision applies specifically to the market served by Truck Driver Nation, which includes the owner-operators, small fleets, and other carriers within the TDN network.

By signing this Agreement, the Student acknowledges that they have read and understood the career path options and their respective terms. The Student certifies their selection of one of the options above and agrees to pursue that chosen path upon completing the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course.
