How to Submit Your Final Exam Answer Sheet to Truck Driver Nation for Dispatcher Certification

Complete the Answer Sheet

Make sure all answers are clearly marked. Include your name, email, and the date at the top.

Submit by One of the Following Methods

Email: Send a scanned copy or clear photo to support@truckdrivernation.com. Use subject: “Final Exam Submission – [Your Full Name]” and ensure you are following the final exam policy for correct submission.

TDN Portal or Chat (if applicable): Upload directly through your student account or support chat, especially if you are in freight dispatch training.

Reminders

Make sure the file is clear and complete. Incomplete or unclear submissions may delay your certification. Scores are issued 3 to 5 business days after receiving the test.

🚨 Freight Dispatcher Course Final Exam Policy – Read Carefully

To uphold the integrity and certification standards of the Truck Driver Nation Freight Dispatcher Course, the following final exam policy rules apply to your dispatcher certification assessment:

Authorized Testing Time

The official final exam is only authorized on Fridays between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM CST.

Authorization Required

You must have official clearance from the TDN Support Team through Telegram before you can take the assessment.

Unauthorized Access is Considered an Attempt

Accessing or starting the exam without authorization will result in an automatic fail—regardless of whether you finish. This incident will disqualify you from obtaining your dispatcher certification and will be logged as a failed attempt.

No Retakes Without Approval

The final exam, held every Friday, allows for only 1 attempt. If you fail, your next opportunity to take the assessment will be the following Friday. Remember that unauthorized access to the test will lead to permanent disqualification from receiving your certificate in freight dispatch training.

By proceeding, you confirm that you have received authorization from Maria and that you are undertaking the exam during the approved time window.

If you do not meet these conditions, do not begin the exam.

🚨 Freight Dispatcher Certification Final Exam Policy – Please Read Before You Begin

To receive your official Freight Dispatch Training Course Certificate, you must complete the final exam under the following strict conditions. By starting this test, you agree to all terms below:

You Are Only Allowed ONE Test Attempt

You may only take one final exam. If you start any other version, refresh the page, or try to retake the test, you will be automatically disqualified and marked as failed. No exceptions will be made.

60-Minute Time Limit Begins After Your First Answer

Once you answer the first question, your 60-minute timer starts. You must complete the test within that time. If you reach a passing score of 85% (43 correct answers) before time runs out, the test will end automatically.

You Must Score 85% or Higher to Pass

This is a real certification exam, not practice. If you do not score 85%, your results will not qualify for a dispatcher certification.

Do Not Use AI, ChatGPT, Google, or Any External Help

Your answers must be your own. This test includes built-in logic to detect AI-generated answer patterns, copy-paste behavior, and automated browsing activity. If cheating is suspected, your results will be flagged and rejected.

This Test Is Monitored for Integrity

For quality control and credentialing, we may audit your submission. We retain metadata to determine if the test was completed honestly. Attempts to outsmart the system will result in disqualification and a permanent record of failed certification.

Copy and Email Your Final Results to Receive Certification

When the test ends, you’ll be shown your score and any questions you missed. You must copy your full results and email them to: Support@truckdrivernation.com. Your certification will only be issued if your score is verified.

You are allowed 3 total attempts to pass the Freight Dispatcher Final Exam as part of your dispatcher certification process.

There are 5 different versions of the exam. Once you start one, you must complete that version.

Starting or opening any other version will count as an official attempt, even if you don’t finish it.

We track all access. No exceptions.
